Salaryieh Qom shopping center project is currently under construction located on Amin Boulevard whit 57m length and in a 40m street ended to Slaryieh with 64m length in a 5000mm land in 10 floors with 48603mm of total infrastructure ( including 3 parking floors, a hypermarket floor, 4 shopping floors, food court & city game on fifth floor). AKA is doing this project cooperating with KISH SAZAN Co.
We could mention the beautiful & classic front view made by Travertine stone, as one of the project’s property.
-The project parking with capacity of 480 cars has been constructed in 3 floors.
-the stores of this building has been considered in 6 floors and the minimums are 15mm space and maximums are 320mm. There are totally 291 stores.
-the -1 floor is dedicated to hypermarket with 3000mm commercial space.
-in order to facilitate the visitors, the modern coffee shops have been planned in floors.
- in the fifth floor, we have planned some spaces for restaurants, food courts, coffee shops, kids games & kids keeping places, places for young & teenage entertainment in a 2700mm area.
-meanwhile, 5 stores of 220mm and maximum of 320mm which are available to access out of the building, have been considered for banks & finance & credit institutions.
-Among the other features of this shopping center, we could mention a vividi with 35m height and 844mm area as one of the attractiveness of this center. Escape stairs in key places of the center considering international standards, panorama & elevators& electrical stairs as vertical relation in suitable places of the center, systems of intelligent fire control and huge digital LCDs for advertising the famous brands and also for information.
